Walk Two Hundred and Eighty-Two – Evening walk to the Bluebell Wood
Robin was working from home, and helped with the ferrying of the little Emperor, so I was able to enjoy a more rural walk than the nursery school walk. I know, I know, it’s pointless even attempting to convey the beauty of an evening sky. Maybe I should stick to drawing poo-bags.

i dunno, i think your small painting is lovely...even if it has not captured exactly what you saw, it shares a wonderful feeling of "that marvelous light"

i clicked the link to your poo-bag drawing/rant...first of all, i agree with you, but then and i gotta say that i thought only we uncivilized Americans did such rude things like leaving poo bags about!!
No this is a lovely suggestion of evening sky, not poo bags at all!
Well, I'm quite happy to see sunsets but yes I doubt what's ever painted really looks like the real thing and if it did it would porbably look so cliched. Just a few quick slops seems to be best with water colour - which is what you've done.
