Walk One Hundred and Ninety-Five – View from a bench

The ultimate laziness – find a bench and draw whatever is in front of you. Usual lunch-time walk back and forth over the woodland park – sans Rufus until he’s a bit better.

Love the colors in this!!!
It's interesting to see how you put the darks - to give the trees more form and the picture more depth. I need to try it. - and yes, we do have spates of poison baiting here - very nasty, though some people are driven crazy by endless barking of dogs left all day and left out at night.

Alison I think sometimes with watercolour its difficult to make yourself put in dark enough darks.
