Walk Two-Hundred and Thirty-Six – Hammonds Lane

hammonds
WALK236
The same walk as yesterday as there are some lovely views of Hillend Farm up on the hill. If I ever get the chance to produce some bigger studio pieces I’ll have sketch and photo references. Once again beautiful cold blue skies, with bright sunshine, the roads shiny with rain and puddles.

190mm x 130mm water soluble ink in large watercolour moleskine

These three monochromes make a lovely set. I should carry a camera on my daily excursions - I did - but gave up after doing through three, all on warranty. I should try again.

I hope you do get to do some larger paintings. I can't wait to see them and to see how you interpret the combination of photos and sketches into a painting.
