Walk One Hundred and Fifty-Three – Basketball players

basketball
A day of work, work, work so I could only get out after the sun had set. I was thinking ‘Now what would Alison draw in this dark night?’, when I saw our wonderful, floodlit, newly refurbished netball/tennis/basketball courts. The man with the hat thought I was keeping score for them as I scribbled away.

So Julie, you have been so good about walking, have you lost weight? Do you feel better? I am interested in the health aspect of walking also.

So now I know why I thought I had missed lookng at your blog more than i thought I had, Love the clouds, we could do with the rain, raging bushfires at this time of the year burning down houses on the East coast near Sydney.Horrid and terrifying as we shouldnt be expecting them until around Christmas. Finances here look worse than normal, so much for hoping for a small car, out the window again.
Your stuff transprts me to a different place and i love it.

well, you made the most of that opportunity - the postures are just right - I think I'd have been too slow to draw more than one person.

Desiree, many years ago, when we first got a dog, I lost weight without changing anything apart from walking him. Not a lot but very naturally over a long period of time, so I know it's good. However I seem to be doing too many 'minimum' walks - ie just one mile there and one mile back - which is far better than nothing, but I would like to have a higher proportion of long walks, which, with my three year old are very difficult to squeeze in.

Penny we do have the dismal dark and rain but we also get those lovely clouds.

Alison these were surprisingly quick - even for me - and I'm a real slow coach.

These gestures are really great little drawings! And I love your profile drawing. Very intriguing drawing blog, I like your approach a lot :)
