MY CHALLENGE.
Walk a minimum of one mile from home. Record where you’ve been with a drawing, sculpture, photo or painting and then walk back. Every day for a year.
Please add comments — I really enjoy the feedback. And if you want to join in with the ONE MILE FROM HOME challenge let me know and I’ll add you to the blogroll
If you want to buy prints of anything you see here please send an email to myfirstname at julieoakleydesign dot com

lovely English country fields - I am using innian's computer and the colours are quite different so now i am no longer certain that what i see is true - a revelation for me :) My computer has crashed and reinstalling everything hasn't worked so I it may be a while before I can blog again unless i can do it from the kid's computers - too late to try now. What a wonderful idea. Your watercolors are lovely. And we get to step into your world for a bit (and envy it too).
What a wonderfully peaceful scene, after my stresses of the last week it is bliss to look at it and feel the warmth.
I love the way you simplify things and vary the style of pictures on your walks. Great shadow across the grain, too.
I love the colors and the shadows and the composition you've chosen.
